Megan sells a kit that basically allows you to use bigger rotors with the stock calipers. Kits consists of bigger rotors (for 4 and 5 lug) and brackets that move the OEM calipers out a little, from 294mm rotors to 330mm rotors.

Anyone tried this setup? If you paired this up with some good pads and brake lines, would there be an improvement over the stock rotors?

I'm about to upgrade the front to z32 30mm calipers and wanted to do some sort of upgrade to the rear, without the hassle of messing with the eBrake cables, etc.

for the rears all you have to do is source out some Z31 rear caliper brackets and run stock pads with an 03? altima rotor. not sure in year but theres a thread about it already no reason to pay alot of money on a simple upgrade.

thanks for the heads up. comparing the 2 options, it would be crazy to pay $450... or even $300 for the Megan set up. caliper brackets = $20-50. good rotors... $150 max. done. thanks guys!

Curious to know how much weight this adds? Extra unsprung weight isn't such a good thing.
