Go to <a href="http://www.jasc.com" target='_blank'>http://www.jasc.com</a> and download Paint Shop Pro trial. &nbsp;It'll let you resize and edit to your hearts desire for 30 days.

If you look hard enough, you'll find a crack for that paint shop pro trial, so it won't expire. &nbsp;
