I've got an S14 with a blacktop s13 SR and just put a Greddy Profec B Spec 2 in. Now I'm getting surge.
List of parts pertinent to the situation:
Profec B Spec 2
HKS single port actuator
HKS SSQV (real deal, not ebay)
ISIS hotpipe with bov mounted
ISIS intake manifold
T25 turbo
I bought the car with a turbonetics bov and it was surging so I replaced it with the HKS which solved the problem. Now that I've put the Profec on the surge is back.
The vacuum hoses are 4mm all around and are connected as follows.

Any ideas?
