it looks cool.

but shit, 100 bucks for 5 feet. I'll stick to my welder haha.

not saying your prices are unreasonable, I am sure thats about the going rate for it.

I remember hearing about this. I'd love to try it out but I have nothing that needs repair.

doesnt look like its penetrating, just bonding with the surface

that casting repair, looks like if you torque it down it'll just crack again, or if theres vibrations or pressure.

How is this any different from the Alumiweld rods (besides being seemingly much more expensive)?

aluminum brazing soldering using alumiweld welding rods - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJ42scaWFnw)

Aluminum repair kits, repair any aluminum metal by welding with a Propane Torch - Alumiweld (http://www.alumiweld.com/index.html)

Hi guys...

Lots of discussion about this product! Since it's new, and new to us, we haven't had any experience with it yet, but the manufacture stands by it. Since they have been so good about their other products, we don't doubt their claims.

It would be great if someone had any experience with this product and could share some tips about this.

Thanks everyone!
