can you tell me if it does bolt onto s13?? i likes the oem look much better

It does bolt on but the turn signal cancel and horn won't work.
You could fix the turn signal problem by cutting the plastic piece off a stock wheel and mounting it on this one.
I'm not sure how to get the horn working.

Mounted it on my car(looks good! lol):
