Eyelids by way of decal vinyl

i want to put eyelids on my car and i heard that you could use vinyl to make them and i know that you sell decals icetekguy so i was thinking mabe if we send you money, you can send us thes 7yr vinyl nismo270r speaks of and we make eyelids ourselves. i want my car to look like this at night

i think this is a great idea and i hope you can help me (and mabe even us) out. ofcourse you need to comply so what do you think? we also need to figure out a size(minor details)

if this gets going, it might be better in the group buys and for sale - so if a moderator sees its going good, mabe they can move it.

My brother did it himself. He got some black vinyl and went to work, a heat gun, and exacto knife, and some time. He cut them out more or less, then he wet down the light with a light mist so it wouldn't stick to fast. he then used the heat gun on low setting and then slowly they stuck down to the light. the hardest thing was to get them to be symetrical. Other than that, any little bumps just put a little slit with the exaxto knife and press the bubbles out.

I didn't really put much thought into the eyelids when I did them. &nbsp;Just some vinyl and a razor. &nbsp;To get them even, just pick a point on the light on top and bottom and lay it on. &nbsp;Just make sure you pick the same points on the other light and you should be good to go. &nbsp;I'll go into more detail later if really needed, but I've got to write another post right now. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

its not actually doing this, its more i need supplies and i dont have a decal place that I know of

You could always do like I did and just get a 97 up model. LoL
