hey whats up!
so i finished the timing on my s14 due to not being installed right the first time and the cars been down. the car idles now when the motor is cold but as the motor starts warming up the car doesnt idle and just dies. i cant seem to keep it running when the car is warm.
anybody no anything that i could do to fix the problem?
could the timing still be off a tooth or coujld it be something else like my tps?
much help needed thanks!

Doesn't sound like a timing issue. If its only when it is warm. Just try to up you base idle a couple hundred rpm. See if that fixes issue. If you give it light gas will it keep running? Or choke out n die.

if i give it gas it stays running. but sometimes when i step on the gas fast it hesitates a bit before revving up. i cant even see how high the rpms due to my cluster not working :(

cool so i went to the nissan dealership and bought me a new coolant temp sensor replaced it but still ends up doing the same thing :(
runs and idles good on a cold start and when it warms up idle becomes rough and dies.
i would try starting it again but has a hard time turning on even if i try pumping the gas.
anybody know any other symptoms that can cause this? much help appreciated

1. Check/remove/clean IACV
2. Check/remove/clean MAF
3. Check/ set TPS
4. Grab a can or carb cleaner or brake clean and spray in various places around the intake side of the car (primarily anything connected the intake manifold.
OP: what is your cold idle?

my maf is brand new so i doubt that could be a problem. tps is fine and where might the iacv be located?
