camber plates problem with hibdon tires

So i recently had my s13 aligned with Megan racing coils street series and the tech at hibdon tires messed up my camber plates. Its like he barely loosened the 4 allen bolts and then pulled or pushed the bolts across the plates. Is that normal? Or is it reasonable to complain about this. The sliding of the bolts/washers completely scraped the anodizing off leaving shiny metal. What's your guys input?

Pretty much but alsp scraped the metal. May sound bitchy or whatever I guess you can say I'm real touchy about my car.

i was gonna say just deal with it but he shoulda showed courtesy and loosened it more if he already saw it having trouble. i always thought about tipping the guy and see if they take more care of the car

See thats what im thinking I have pics to show but no pc to upload. I'm currntly using my phone. And I mean like there's curly metal shavings coming off where the washers scraped at.

And i also know they weren't to hard to loosen or tighten because before I got it aligned i maxed the Camber out And left no scratches. So this is why I'm mad. I feel like maybe he was rushing and was like Fuck it. It works. Pretty much function over form. The plates looks ugly as hell now.

I would bitch but thats me. I hate when people dont take care of your shit. I have had problems like this with wheels being mounted.

It may be to late for you to bitch now, you should have done it when you were still there.

Well i just called them and spoke with a manager, they're gona have their store manager call me tomorrow. I hope they just don't bs me. The manager sounded pretty cool about it, didn't blame me or anything.
