Yes its a base telling by the color of the tach. Tho it did come with 5-lugs, sunroof, fog lights, power windows/locks, A/C. Not much diffidence between mine and an SE.

I don't have pics of underneath the car. Front bumper just isn't in the greatest shape (scratches, scrapes, paint, take a look at the pics). JDM front I'm selling with the car will fix that. Small paint bubble rear right wheel well/fender. No rust anywhere else, car is clean for an east coast car.
