how do you find paint code formulas?

Does anyone know of a place to find out paint code formulas? I am looking for the formula of the Mazda 6 lapis blue, with the paint code 25V. Been looking for a while but couldn't find it. It's for a friend overseas. He wants to paint his car that color, but since they don't have the Mazda 6 in lapis blue, they don't have the formula to mix the paint. anyone can help?

paint store should of a du pont book, they can tell u whats the closes they can do :)

i have been to that site, doesn't seem to have the formula (or did i just miss it?) you might have misunderstand my question. i am looking for paint formulas, not color codes for the paint.

if someone has a web site that has paint formulas, that would be GREATTTTT because i don't know of any paint stores around my area.
