Synthetic Oil to Synthetic Blend?

First of all, people always say that if you use synthetic oil in your car you should never put natural in again.... Why? Can some one give me a good technical explaination? Also, if I put synthetic blend in my car after have used synthetic (only for 3,500 miles) would it kill my engine?

umm, ok i never heard that b4 about once u run sythetic u cant go back, thats dont make sence to me. If u just got the engine redone, dont run synthetic for about 2000 miles its acually to slippery and wont allow engine to break in right, but i have never had problems running normal oil after synthetic oil.
