CD Player & EQ for sale

I have a CD player and an EQ for sale, I'm planning to purchase an Eclipse CD player, so I need to get rid of these.

Anyways, I have:
A Pioneer DEH-P3100
Detachable face,
1 pair of RCA preouts,
BASS, MID, TREBLE control
Clock, etc.
I do not have the box for this, but I have all manuals and accessories.

I also have to go with this, a Pioneer DEQ-7200 DSP sound processor/Digital EQ.
It has sound environmental settings, 13 band parametric eq (4 preset and 4 custom settings), position control, etc.  
I do not have the accessories, for EQ or the trim ring or brackets (but again if you have a Nissan240sx, you do not need it).
The EQ has one RCA input and two sets of RCA outputs.

I would like $185 or best (resonable) offer for the deck and the EQ. I prefer not to part out, but if i get offers on seperate items I will.
