those are not the caps that fit 19" te37, thats why they dont fit

they will fit te37 and se37k 17-18" 5x114 5x120(maybe 5x112 i dunno) and no high offset, no 17x7.5+48 no 18x7.5 +48 and so on

they dont fit the wheels you mentioned either, yours are the clip type, not o ring

I could care less what anybody calls you. I got my last set of 19" te37s with center caps directly from Rays and these are the caps that fit perfectly.
