I was planning on using these for another project, but have decided to go another route. These were originally part of a full bolt-in setup for a Z31 300zx, which I still have the rails for. One seat is nearly perfect. The upholstery is clean and has very little wear at all. The other seat is not so clean, but not bad. There are a couple wear spots and the lower bolsters are deformed a bit. The main problem with the second seat though is that the seat diaphragm is torn. This is the elastic/rubber support piece that actually supports your butt under the foam. These are easily sourceable and replaceable luckily. They go for a little under $50 brand new.

LOL ^

as for the seats op do note the seat rail sliders needed to get these to work into an S-chasis will cost some $ and do not use wedge seat rails or you will be sitting so high up and will get really annoyed.

These will take the same rails and sliders as any other bottom mount seat. Also if you're about 6ft tall you can mount your seat straight to a wedge bracket without a slider. That setup sits lower than anything that I have ever sat on in a 240sx. Please keep in mind that these are recaros not pep-boys seats and the price reflects that...

The seats are dirty from sitting in a dusty storage room at my work for a couple years.
