Water inside of my Rear signal

I guess when I washed my car last week, the water went through my trunk when I opened it or it probably went through the crack of the trunk (you know what I'm talking about.) Now, one of my rear signal light is filled with water and when I drive the water shakes like a fish tank.  How do I get the water out without removing my rear lights...?  Any suggestions.

i suppose you could remove the bulb, and suuck the water out with a turkey baster (or something similar).  i think you should definitly find out exactly how the water got in
