First off, huge thanks to my fellow S chassis owners and engine techs for helping me get my car running strong.
Onto powersteering. My pressure hose leaks, so I got a new one. I'm having trouble getting he hard line loose. Are there any tips with getting this damn thing loose/off other than good ol elbow grease?

Use the right tool...line wrench versus normal wrench..at least that way you won't round out the nut ..

if you are replacing the old ones with new ones, and dont care about the old lines... cut the line off at the flare fitting, and use a socket and ratchet to remove the old flare fitting... should be a 12mm or 14mm depending on which one you are loosening.
if you are loosening the line at the power steering pump, it uses a pretty large banjo bolt, i believe a 22mm.. i use a 1/2 " socket with a 6" extension, and a 3ft cheater bar.
hope this helps loosen things up!
