Where is the clutch switch harness located?is it tucked somewhere by the clutch pedal?

You should just bypass it. The auto car doesnt have the switch.

I think the clutch switch is the top connector behind the fuse box. But take that connector plug it in and then take the two wires that come out of the connector and jump them together. Thats what i did to get mine started when i did it a couple months ago.
Heres a good description of the wiring for the swap.

Ok, I have that connected my car turns over but not start.i followed everything that was on that "auto to 5spd" thread from ka24development.i am wondering about the 2nd & 4th plugs where do those other wires go? And do they need to be connected in order for my car to start?

If your car turns over and it wont start It wouldnt be because of the transmission wiring.

Are you getting fuel or spark? Is your pump priming? did you do an engine swap or just five speed swap?

I did a motor and a manual transmission swap.I do not have fuel or spark.

Check grounds, check the plug that goes into your ecu, and there is another plug down by the ecu too that has a clip that needs to slide over it. I did an sr swap wasn't getting fuel or spark and it ended up being the other plug by the ecu.

The ECM? What was wrong with yours?

Nothing wrong with it. Just make sure the plug on the ecu is tight, as in the bolt on the plug is in tight, and also make sure the other big plug that is down there is plugged in the whole way as well. I didn't have fuel or spark and my problem ended up being that the other plug near the ecu wasn't clipped in the whole way
