When I start my car after letting it sit for a few hours, after its warmed up it idles lean then runs like dogshit but if I turn it off then back on after I warm it up it idles completely different and runs like normal. And it doesn't do it everytime. If the car has been driven it won't do it, usually just when I start it up in the morning. any ideas?

Sr20 on nistune. I guess I wouldn't say lean, at all actually, cause it's running rich right now but that's besides the point. Before I restart it, it idles like high 11's and the in boost drops probably lower than 10 and breaks up but when I restart it, it idles like 10.5 but is at like 12.7-13.2 on wot. I'm gettin a retune to clean up the afr's but i know it will still do the same thing after I do so I wanna figure it out
