NO VALVES, SPRINGS,RETAINERS,ROCKERS,CAMS,CAM GEARS,OR HEAD THAT HAS BEEN MILLED(DECKED) I DO NEED IT TO HAVE THE CAM CAPS AND OIL RAILS WITHE THE BOLTS AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE THE VALVE COVER SWEET BUT DONT NEED IT. I have one that threw a rocker and bent a valve but no real damage was done - there are a couple hits under the head where some rocker pieces dinged it up but not big deal - it will be a bare head
