OK. I tried the search but this is a hard one to search for. I have alot of info on wheel clearance and such, which I am not worried about. My question is-

What do you do with your front wheel wells when you no longer have, or use the splash guards? IE- What is the best way to seal up the holes where the wire harnesses pass thru ect.

I have the wire harnesses tucked up into the fenders, I have the fenders rolled and most of the metal lips hammered down. Has anyone riveted or welded in metal plates to cover any exposed passages? Thinking to then use spray in bed liner to coat it all.?
Thoughts? What have people used?

No, most folks just leave everything alone. As long as the tires doesnt rub on anything and the harness is pulled far enough away, we just leave things alone. Biggest thing that gets annoying after awhile is your doors crunching pebbles.

we used aluminum sheets cut to size and riveted to cover holes on the firewall like heater hoses and a/c lines. you can also use aluminum tape.
