This is a 1992 base model s13 so no abs issue's here.
(So idle issue first) my car runs fine fine but after ten min of driving it seems to kinda bog down and stutter for some reason. it normally idles around 800 but drops when brakes are applied and motor begins to shake and bog.
i double checked the timing also and that checked out. this has me stumped so if anyone has any info to help out that would be awesome

(second issue) the rear brakes were just replaced with new pads but seem to rub and make noises without pressing the brakes. i just thought maybe they had to wear in some but they begin to lock up the more you press the brakes. noticed my e brake slightly works just haven't had time to adjust the cable, in was thinking maybe that the cable was hanging up but it wouldn't do that the more you press the pedal.Anoying the hell out of me please help!!!

Removed the intake manifold and noticed the PVC vacuum line was torn, egr was clogged and a few other vacuum lines were damaged. So deleting emissions, removing butterfly valves and replacing all lines to see if it runs better.

Still stuck on the brakes issue, could it be my master cylinder or brake booster? Doesn't seem to lock up when I unhook the booster but they still rub some is that normal???

did you get new rotors when pads changed

Rotors are still in good condition and brand new pads in the rear. Bled the system multiple times since the car was sitting for so long but it's only the rears that seem to lock up w which is weird

You need to take the slide pins out and clean them out and re-grease them accordingly. If they can't slide freely your rear pads will lock up every time.

I'll try to re-grease them but i'm pretty sure they slide already side to side

There is no side to side action with slide pins. They go in and out of the caliper bracket.
