OK OK I DID IT

I finally did it I order the XS turbo kit for my 97 240.  It comes in 5-7 days and then It`ll go in that weekend.  BUt the question is what else to get Boost gauge or fuel pump?  and also does anyone know what the #### is the HKS pop off valve is ( is it like a bov or its like an extra wastegate)

I guess it's a BOV... does your turbo come with an internal wastegate?

The kits comes with a external wastgate.  My friend told me that the pop off valve is like a BOV

what made you choose XS?

Two things made me pick the Xs kit
1 the price I got new for 3000
2 My friends helped me looking into the different kits and what they come with and how its put together and I wasnt about the wait any longer for the Greddy kit to come out.
Beside I saved over a grand on the kit

Did you look into the nsport kit? I'm just curious because i'm planning on turboing my KA and i heard some things about the nsport kit. I'm just lookin for opinions and info to base my decision on.

Hey GREAT CHOICE!!  Do you need to upgrade you ECU?  Isn't it limited to 117 MPH?
