Same tire size doesn't mean same contact patch, which obviously are not the same cause your widths are different..

they are obviously measured. its an inch difference from wheel to wheel. meaning thats .5 inch on each side of the barrell which doesnt alter the tires contact patch. rethink what you just said. same tires in the same size would always have the same contact patch. only time contact patch will be altered is if you camber the rear more than the front (vice versa)
