ka24e idles rough and wont go

i have sohc s13 and it starts but it idles rough and doest go unless i rev it past 3k ive put new fuel pump/filter mafs tps air charge tempurature sensor new plugs wires cap and rotor idk if this helps but it has no ac or power steering and no o2 sensor and vacuum hose delete full exhaust and cai too. please help really need this fixed

try the idle air valve if not the air regulator

i can clean the idle air valve right and wats the air regulator? and i was starting to think that it was off timing because the disributor looks like it was moved before i got it

It could be the timing, but did you check to see if you had any codes? The distributor most of the time should be placed in the middle of the adjustment slide. But if its not don't move it too much because it will mess your timing up.

sorry for all these post but when i disconect the aac solenoid the idle evens out and idles ok but still doesnt go
