oh man this is soo friggin awsome.  i raced this kid and his camaro iroc-z (it was auto).  we went rolling from 5mph and the v8's torque pulled on me in the beggining but that beautiful ka (stock except for an ingen intake and zigen exhaust) pulled on him when i shifted to second.  and in third...bye bye camaro!  beat him by a car length before we got to traffic.

He should have killed you, even with an auto. ####, an auto SR (like the one in stupid street) would have beat a 5spd ka.

yeah some only came with 180-210hp . they're beatable. i've beat a few. i've lost to some as well.

keep in mind that a lot of detroit muscle lose about 30-40% of their power in the drivetrain...i was looking at some figures for some mustang rated at 280 hp that dynoed at well under 200

you should be happy...you beat a car with 4 more cyl. that runs very similar 1320 times compared to the 240...that means you're the better driver...well better than his slushbox anyway.:)
