Brand New Apex'i World Sport S13 Coilovers

I'm selling my Apex'i World Sport coilovers which were purchased new from Phase2 for my 89 240. I have decided to go with the Tein Flex coilovers instead. I think I paid $850 for these when they were on special.

do you know the spring rates, do they have dampning adjustment, and do they come with pillowball front mounts? sorry im not familiar with specs on many coilovers.
