has anybody fit 6.5" speakers up front?  I know how i will have to do it (speaker template) but i am concerned they will not fit, or that the window wont roll all the way down.

I was talking to someone at a car audio shop and he said they could "probably" cut it to make it fit if not they could atleast get 1 size bigger (don't remember what size).
Edit: he thought s13 and s14 had the same size...little did he (or I at the time) know, s14's already have 6.5 up front.

Done it. Pull out the plastic baffles from the factory, and you should have a nice flat opening. Get some 1/4&quot; plywood (or similar), measure out the holes and cut. Took myself and some friends ~3 hours to pull out the old shit, cut the new baffles, bypass the amps, and set up the new shit <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> Worth it though, I've got a set of 6.5&quot; Kappa components set up front (tweeter is mounted a bit higher on the door panel).

I dont have the factory bose system (the one with the amps) so i wont have to bypass it. &nbsp; But do you know what your speakers mounting depth was?
