93 s13 vert electrical issues

some electric issue and just curious if anyone has heard of this

left headlight stays on and the right headlight stays up but sometimes the right headlight will go down but delayed like 2 or 3 seconds but the left headlight stays on.

even when the headlights are off but its weird cause its occasionally.

another funny thing is when i pull the right headlight fuse, the left headlight goes off.

my dad thinks its a faulty relay but not sure where to start...

definitely the relay..

they are in the drivers side of your engine bay. the relay box has like 5 relays all for headlight retraction...

ya how can you test relays or is it just by trail..
