No, it's painted. If you see the show, they show the guy painting it.

Ya i saw that episode yesterday.....I agree the paint job was AWESOME......it was funny at the end of the episode when the car actually did catch on fire, how appropriate. gotta love monster garage

I think the Hover craft delorean was the dumbest shit ever.

The Hellica was AWESOME.. The guy painting it said he wanted it to look like it was re-entering the atmosphere.. so it's white hot at the nose, and blueish-purple on the rear quarters to look like hot distorted metal..

the worst was when they made the sand rail outta the fc.... then when it didnt pass... they took a gattling gun too it. i cried that day, but the destruction and mayhem made me happy in pants. WEIRD:confused:
