Clicking sound from rear wheel

I have this clicking sound coming from my pass rear wheel. I just installed fortune auto coils and Isis arm package on the car about 3 weeks ago. It only dose it when you are backing up and when you take off and when u come to a stop. I heard that click nosie before when I had a bad wheel bearing but that was just replaced out it started again when I had a alignment done the other day. Can't figure it out what it is arms feel tight. Any help please or what I should look at thanks

tighten your lugnuts?

rear brake pads are loose. check the shims between the caliper anchor and the brake pads. not the shims behind the pads, the ones that go on the slots where the pads slide into.
