Thanks. Moving onto something... Well... different... Haha.

And it's called "flocking". Pretty much lay down adhesive and spray on pieces of nylon fibers I think they are around 1mm in length onto the object you are flocking. I did the dash, center trim, center console, steering column, and door panels. Gives it a suede appearance/texture with no fading. I did this beginning of last year.

^^Yes California DMV will have to visually inspect the car in order to legally register it in CA. There is no way around that. So what most would do is register it in another state, and as long as you have current tags then the CHP will most likely leave you alone. Just say that you are visiting if you get pulled over, and park in the garage at night. Or just buy it and have a track car. CA sucks
