240sx Hatch cheap or trade!!!

Long story short, bought this car for someone but they couldnt come up with the cash to pay me so heres your chance at a great deal!!!! 1989 Nissan 240sx hatch ready to go. Single cam engine, 5 speed tranny with a decent clutch. Perfect daily driver or drifter project!!!!$600 worth of registration fees were just paid and I have paper work to prove it. I have clean title in hand ready to sign over. 220k miles on car.Aftermarket steering wheel, aftermarket shifter. Yes it runs fine. It does have minor little issues such as radiator having a small crack but you can still drive it home. Driver door lock is broken so door wont open (quick fix) and it could use a major tune up so it can pass emissions but car is being sold as is. $1100 firm or $1400 firm with koffice coilovers. Do you think the car would make it back to las vegas driving at night time? motor pulls strong? no rod knock? whats up with the front bumper? would it sit flush with some work to it?
