I have a ka24de, injen short ram intake with aem air filter, dc sports 4-2-1 headers, The cat is still intact and a catback exhaust made by a muffler shop with 2.25 piping and a obx oem style tip.

when i drive the car at around 3 or I hear some vibration on the rear driver side of the car. I believe it is the exhaust system but I could be wrong. Cruising on the freeway is actually pretty loud inside the cabin.

my question is, if I were to get a resonator installed, would it be noticeably louder or even silenced?

also would it still sound deep or sound much more ricey?

I appreciate all the help I can get guys. Thank you

a 2 foot resonator would do wonders for your exhaust sound. it will be a little deeper and will be a lot quieter inside the car. the rattling sound can be the exhaust hanger hitting the body. i had that problem with my s13 hatch. what i did was loosen all of the exhaust bolts and twist the muffler counter clockwise and retightend all of the bolts. the rattle was caused by the left hanger on the muffler hitting the chassis.
