i have a AFC NEO, In really Good condition, im gonna be doing something different to my s13 soon, either going rb or a real standalone for my sr20 but i gotta get rid of some things first.

yes it does work, I have a enthalpy tune for now so I don't need it, gotta sell it to get a real time tuning standalone

Ummm...No harness plugs into the ECU. There is a harness for easy disconnect, but you still have to wire each individual wire to the ECU. Free bump for a good price on the NEO.
