Push Thru Probe for efans

wheres the best place for me to put a push thru type probe in the radiator for my e-fans? It installs just like the zip ties.

Thanks for the help asshole but I'm not talking about the fans. Its a probe like you'd put up your ass that slides thru the radiator fins and senses the temp to tell the fans to come on. I would like to know where the prode should go on the radiator.

Next to the radiator inlet, s13 sr upper radiator inlet.

That's what I thought at first too. But then its just cooling the water at the hottest spot instead of the water going into the engine. But idk. Thanks for help guys!!!

Water in the radiator cools the engine, the temperature probe for you fans, say turn on the fan because the engine is getting hot. Your aftermarket temp gauge lets you know what the temperature of the engine is. example 185f engine temps fans come on at 186f
The fan(s) on the radiator help extract heat from the water, when the radiator and air alone don't remove enough heat. (normal driving or at idle)

The only argument ever really made about temp probes and sensors is their location. I have my water temp probe in the upper radiator hose (s13 sr) I have the fan controller probe next to the upper radiator inlet. My temps from the stock ecu temp sensor, and my aftermarket gauge match exactly. My fans turn on at the same temperature every time. Your probably still confused at how it works!
