I had my ecu tuned 6 years ago from him. Is he still round, still tuning ecu's?
I have emailed him numerous time and no replies.

I've been trading emails back and forth this week with him.
He's So far been great and takes a good day or so to get back to you.
He's helping me sort out a Lean issue on my tune.
Excellent Service though.May have got it resolved.

It really depends on what he has going on in the shop since I believe it's just him. You can also send him a p.m. on here and I believe he has a phone number as well that is posted on his website.

There is no number on his website just two email addresses.
Tried them both with no response.
I have gone over single part of this motor with a fine tooth comb, and still have not had any kinda of improvement at all with my idle issues. I am really hoping that my rom tune was a mistake and the z32 mafs was not taken into account when he did my tune.
Everything else works and tested OK!

Some times it takes awhile for him to get back to you, but i am 100% satisfied with mine. Its not like the old days when he was harder to get a hold of. I've emailed and called numinous times and talked to martin and he's been nothing but helpful

I am not saying his tunes are bad or anything.. Its not an issue of being unhappy with him either. Just havent heard from him in over a week after numberous emails. Wondering if he was out of town, or not tuning anymore.
I just hope he gets back to me soon.

whats wrong with your idle? can you give some more detail? i had an idle/driving issue on my KA-T...
give up some specs, we can help
IE : is the MAF wired up correctly? are you sure you didnt wire it in from the plug end, instead of the wiring end?
is the turbo intake long enough (to keep the MAF at least 12-16" away from the turbo)
are there no sharp bends in the intake?
is your IAC valve working, and clean?
some quick things that i had to figure out from my idle issue

Here is the problem im having. It is a 95 240sx with a s14 SR20det ( WC ecu).
The car will start and idle for 3 seconds then idle horrible and die. It will not idle again after this happens. If i unplug the mafs sensor it will idle perfect and pull 19-20 psi vaccum ( but will not rev past 2000 rpms). I checked for vacumn leaks, triple check my mafs wiring, swapped mafs with a known good working mafs.
Is it possible the ecu was not tuned for a z32 mafs???? I do not have a stock SR MAFS or wire harness to try to see if that will make it run or not.
Here is the complete list of mods to the motor:
s14 SR20det
WC ecu
full-race top mount turbo manfiold
t3-t61 turbo with stage 3 wheel
walbro fuel pump
greddy intercooler
greddy intake manifold
3"down pipe
3" exhaust
Dueatschwerks 660cc injectors
z32 mafs
pulley kit
blitz boost controller- electronic
I checked the TPS, AICV,and MAFS several times. I can not figure this out. Its all pointing back to the ECU. Im thinking it was overlooked and not tuned for a z32 MAFS.

Used enthalpy rom tune for a while. Martins a good dude.

I am running an Enthalpy tune, and I have nothing but praises.
After I switched to it, I just had to readjust my TPS, and ever so slightly fix my idle speed.
Aside from that, all is well.
Are you sure you MAF is wired properly?

^ i had a problem just like yours except after 3 seconds my car would idle crazy lean. But i ended up finding out i had a blown brake booster and it was causing a huge vacuum leak. I hope you get it figured out. Enthalpy tunes are great! i love mine. Except my idle still sucks dick. haha

Just sent in an sr20det e5 ecu I bought second hand to martin, the original tune info had been smudged off of it, he checked and verified the tune for free and send it right back to me next day!
Hes a good dude, give him time to do his magic and im sure youll be pleased.

Yes we have been in contact for some time now. He received my ecu, retuned it, and tested on another car. Actually sent me a different one of his ecu's with a ne time to test on my car. I just received it today's and will try it tomorrow in the am on my car.
I hope it works and yes Martin is a really nice guy. He is helping me fix a problem that is not his fault since. I didn't even purchase the tune from him ( previous owner). I can't thank him enough.

cant be more happy with my tune.
bought my 240 non running with tons of issues, both mechanical and electrical. hit martin up to have him look over my ecu (which the previous owner purchased from him) and sent another stock ecu with it. that same week martin got back with me and confirmed that the chipped ecu was fried and swapped it to the fresh ecu for free.
+1 for those guys
