most informative post ever.
i dont know what type of motor you have, who did the wiring, if you have spark, if you have fuel, if its timed correctly.
how can i help you if you arent helping yourself. search brobeans. or get on that flame suit.

check the fuel line to make sure they are rite I just spent all night checking everything to finally figure out they were backwards. The line with the fuel filter goes to the lower and the return line goes to the fpr.

Yeah sounds like you got it rite well i guess check for spark on every cylinder and check each injector. You can ground out the black wire of each injector and listen for a click to see if it working. Other than that check the cas.

Ok thanx I would try that can I just pull the fuel rail with injectors and crank it see if I have gas in all?

Did you mess with the timing at all? Did you pull out the CAS? Check for spark.... Fuel you can check by just putting removing the rail and crank, but you can pull the plugs and just smell it....

Got spark I only check on one plug tho I change the spark plugs before I put it in didn't mess with the timing or the cas

There's a cable by the positive on the alternator it grounds on the same alternator rite

If I remember there was a plug, and 2 wires... One positive one negative. I think the negative had 2 wires onto one screw.

Mine has power and one ground that bolts to the case

There is also something that plugs into the alternator..... Its not just 2 wires.

Crannk the car twice and the battery got low and battery light came on
the more you crank the battery the more it loses the charge. you need to have a full charge battery to make it start.
but if you have spark and fuel there then most likely it is your timing.
if it still dont start just report back. i could probably help you

Check for ECU Codes... Man how did we forget about this.... make sure you are clear....

yea its the same except when you turn on the ign switch then you turn the screw clockwise hold it for 2 secs i believe then turn it back.
here some codes for you.
CU fault codes
Long Flash - 0.6 seconds on (the first digit)
Short Flash - 0.3 seconds on (the second digit)
Long Gap - 2.1 seconds off (used between codes)
Short Gap - 0.9 seconds off (used between digits)
There are two digits in each code. Count the long flashes, then the short flashes (only count how many times the light is ON) and you'll have a 2 digit code. These codes are covered in the service manual.
Code Meaning
11 - Camshaft Position Sensor
12 - Air Flow Meter
13 - Coolant Temperature Sensor
14 - Vehicle Speed Sensor
21 - Ignition Signal
25 - IACV - AAC Valve
26 - Boost Pressure Sensor
31 - ECM Fault
32 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation System
33 - Front EGO Sensor (O2-1 Sensor)

36 - EGR BPT Valve
37 - Closed Loop System
41 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor
43 - Throttle Position Sensor
54 - Signal from Auto Transmission
55 - Other Malfunction. CONSULT Terminal Required
63 - Cylinder 6 Misfire (?)
64 - Cylinder 5 Misfire (?)
65 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
66 - Cylinder 3 Misfire
67 - Cylinder 2 Misfire
68 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
71 - Random Misfire
72 - TW Catalyst System
