I know that most of this information is on here, at least in bits and pieces and what not, but I'm about to pull the KA out of my s14 and just want to make sure everything is unbolted and ready to go. I'll list what's unbolted, disconnected and tell me if I'm overlooking anything. Thanks in advance!

Driveshaft mount removed so the yoke can slide out easier
L & R engine mount top bolts removed
Radiator, fan shroud, fan, air intake all removed
Cat unbolted at down pipe
PS lines disconnected
Heater hose disconnected
ECU harness removed and pulled through firewall

Anything I'm overlooking?
Probably some ground wires that need to be undone?
Will the header come out with the car (clear the steering rack)?

Thanks guys! Its been about 5 years or more since I've pulled one of these... no, 7 years plus.

think the header will but not the down pipe should be 2-3 bolts to undo that and theres a couple of grounds on the firewall trans bolts or undo the trans x member and driveshaft and tranny harness if your pulling the trans with it

There is a DVD that teaches you absolutely everything. Josh makes DVD's also telling you how to rebuild engines too. Anyone with an SR or KA should buy all of his DVD's. They are a must have, with the FSM (that you can also DL off his site)

I would make a copy and share with people if it wasnt for he's a good guy, with a couple kids to feed! He's a good man.

np. If equipped with A/C, I would unbolt the compressor from the engine, so you don't have to open the refridgerant lines.
