Tas 2004

Pictures of Tokyo Auto Salon 2004 are finally starting to emerge.
But, Is it just me or was TAS kind of weak this year?
I obviously wasn't there and I'm basing my opinion purely on the images I've been seeing. But, the number of really exciting cars seems way lower than last year.

Rear tire blowout at ~320kph / ~200mph. Dai did his best to slow it down but he lost control ~140mph iirc. ZOLTAN's right, it was in Nevada at the Silver State Classic. On of the few chances you get in this world to drive your car flat out as fast as you can go.

I cant believe they gathered up all the peices and put it in TAS. Pretty funny but sad....It seemed like they put a lot into that car...or at least time and effort.

this year was my first time going to the Autosalon. i took some pics but not as many as i wanted cuz my battery died. plus my i let my friend take pics while i filmed and he didnt take some great shots. ill try to post what i have asap.

man it was so hard to get pics off cuz ppl get in your way. it was so crowded. but nice. got some cool little things here and there.

those race queens are ffffuuuggly. bleh. also there's plenty of rice in japan. think yakuza VIP cars (pink mini vans with aero kits and spoilers yay!), fake drifters (spinning around in parking lots just like the US); no country is immune. actually that girl in pink/white has a cute face. the endless girls are just scary. the one closest to the camera has rolls hanging over the skirt. aaaah!

its an asian girl trick that alot of them use, when u see 5 semi-ok girls + 1 cute; together they all look cute. seperate them and its like, omg wtf... we've been fooled!!!! argggh!!!! yes, this has happened (especially in clubs).

So is the "lambo door conversion" the new big thing in Japan or something. I really hope not, it has always seemed like and extreme waste of money to me. Plus it always makes the car look ugly as hell. Oh well, I guess there could be worse thing they could be doing.
