Megan Coilovers

Sup everyone, about three weeks ago my Passenger front Coilover started making a clunking sound. I thought it was something loose in the suspension but turned out be the coilover itself. I found a video on youtube that shows my exact problem but his fix was not mine. I tried tightening that nut but its already tight and if i try tightening it more the the center tube turns with it (forgot what its called). Any help on how to fix this, anyone that has gone through this or just know how to fix it. The sound is getting so annoying. Heres the video.

Lock it up. It was the top pillow ball, Ordered a new one from sonic motors and all is well now. :)
