holset hx35 on a ka24de help

im thinking about buying my friends hx35 and use it on my new motor. the one thing im worried about is huge boost lag. so if any of you have info on running this turbo on a ka24de that would be great. for example: i hit X amount of boost at X rpm. dyno sheets wuld be sweet to.

motor specs:

bored .020
cp pistons
eagle rods
micro polished and ballenced crank
arp rod bolts,main bolts, and head studs
the head has not been worked on yet and i am un sure of what i should do so any advice on this would be great.

Hx35's spool pretty quick.... Go to YouTube and type Hx35 Rb25 which is a bigger motor... On a Ka it would be nice Trust!
