Pro-tuned, open source tune (by AWDtuning), not locked & very safe afr (conservative tune since it was my daily).

Full timing belt service was done at 148k, including water pump. I do all my maintenance early. Tranny was rebuild (factory) at 105K, I have a LOT of receipts of work done & parts I bought. I'm pretty OCD about everything & keeping up with my cars is no exception.
The car is not perfect as you should expect with any car that is daily driven ~100 miles & close to 160k on the clock, but it is in pretty darn good shape. A few door dings but no real dents or anything like that. I have PPG primer, paint & clear because I was going to paint the hood to match the car so that will be going it the car too. Trunk has a few spots that need to be touched up as well since I took off the sti wing. Front rotors also need to be turned or replaced....getting some pedal feed back now.
