Considering selling a car I recently acquired, a 1984 Datsun/Nissan 300zx Turbo. I bought this recently as part of my “buy a bunch of parts for my 240 while I’m in Chicago” tour. The car is a blast to drive, but as a result of buying a bunch of parts, I would kind of like the extra cash to pay for a few remaining big money parts to get my car on the next level. It would just be more convenient for me to sell it. However, since all of America is broke I will accept trade offers as well, and see if we can’t work something out. Accepting all offers on the car
Car is located in Bloomington, IN (Indiana University) but am willing to possibly travel a couple hours in one direction or another.
It has 145,996 miles on the clock, with a clean and clear State of Indiana title with a very clean interior, especially for it’s age. The car is very fast with the turbo kit, a real handful if you’re not used to the power, not what you expect out of a 6-cylinder 28 year old car. Unfortunately, being 28 years old rust is prevalent on the quarters, rockers, and other places where salt normally fondles cars like Michael Jackson did little boys. The only driving issue with the car is right now it needs a better tune as it stutters up around 5000rpm. It does not affect normal driving conditions, as I felt perfectly comfortable making the trek from northern Illinois to southern Indiana where I’m daily driving the car now.
