Alright, so I picked up some new brakes for my S13 and need to sell my old setup, consisting of:
Rotora Q45 slotted rotors
Remanufactured Q45 calipers
Hawk HPS Q45 brake pads
I installed this setup on my car when I first bought it and converted to five lug. These calipers and brackets are a direct bolt on to the S13! They are two piston calipers, while the stock S13 calipers are only single piston. The rotor diameter is also larger than the stock brake rotors.

I paid about $500 for this setup when it was new. I bought remanufactured calipers from Autozone, so don't worry about these being junkyard calipers with rotted out seals. These can be used with stock S13 brake lines. The whole setup has about 25k miles on it- NO track use! Rotors are not warped and the brakes feel as great as they did the day I installed them.
