FS 5zigen ZR +520 17x9 +27 5x114.3 w or w/o tires

Two wheels have a little rash, other two are mint, tires need to be replaced within the next year or so, the main wear is on the inside but none of the cords are showing.
I'm asking for 600+ shipping for the wheels/tires/lug nuts/center caps and valve stems, all of which are 5zigen products that match each other. I can dismount the tires to make shipping cheaper if you'd like. Located in portland metro area.
