well to be honest, i don't think any other 240 owner would just say "it's just another 240". a first impression of this car would make you wonder what kind of beast lies under, and of course, who's the one taming it.

actually you can...

we are not celebrities or governmental figures, nor are we choosing to place ourselves in the public eye...therefore our privacy is protected by legal statutes..

as such...

there are legal grounds for suing someone in regards to the unauthorized posting of pictures or likenesses to an individual or their property (non-celebrity / governmental) if it is deemed as defamation of character...

or..

if someone thought they might potentially come to harm based on the posting of a picture then there would also be legal grounds to sue if the poster refused to remove said picture...

or..

if the image, or the item that the image is of, is copy written...

should i go on?..lol..i think you get the point

i wouldn't think something like this would go this far, because i'm just posting out of curiousity, and not out of any harm(or any intention to). it's the thought that counts. i wonder how everyone else feels and how things would go out of hand when other people have other people's shit on their avatar or on their sigs or whatever.
