people in phoenix arizona I have an emmisiions question?

So I had my car shipped from ontario CA to my front door a year and a half ago but now is the time to get it registered and I have to pass emissions,Now will I need to hook up an EGR or charcoal canister?I have just installed a new catalitic converter and hoping that maybe this will do it,So anyone who has passed here in AZ let me know what it took/where you went and anything I should do to pass emissions,This is for a 92 240sx coupe redtop sr20 thanks all this is very important to me right now as you could imagine.

Register in flagstaff. No emissions required. PO box is about $30 bucks so u can have a flag address. I did that about a year ago. Been pulled over 4 times in Phoenix not one problem.

well I found you may have to have a physical address in flagstaff to do that trick now days or so I read on az240.org but you say you done this last year it might still work and I will def try it out,But if I have to go to emissions I suppose I will install my dsm charcoal can and since my BOV isn't recirculating I will just remove the BOV all together when I take it in to emissions then reinstall when I'm done.I'm super worried about this,does anyone have a physical address in flagstaff I'll make it worth your while.:p
