DT05R, there Nismo Knock offs. Just wait till the next group buy. But otherwise your other options for a budget wheel in that size/offset are FNO1R-C, Typhoon and maybe Black racing Pro N1.

Just about any 15-16 (prefer 15), 7-9 inch low offset wheel that I see on eBay, or for sale sections. Prefer meshes (or xr4s if I can ever find some)

The only new wheels I will consider at this moment are the DT05Rs, but for now my wheel problem is fixed.

You say everyone has those 5Zigen's, and it could be true, but the only person I've seen that even has them is Nitekids...

I was the in the same boat as you dude, I'm getting the FN01R-C's, 18X8.5, 18X9.5.

First decide what you want. Bling, racing, or just some nice mesh wheels, or something with a good large lip.

If you like racing look at Buddy Club, Black Racing, 5Zigen. Now that's if your on a small budget (around 1000 for all 4 wheels).

If you have twice that much money, you can look into the good JDM wheels, Advan, Volk/Rays, etc.

Those all have the normal wheels, but don't have much as far as the JDM ones.
