I used to train with a guy that was a real shaolin monk untill a couple years ago... theres really nothing quite like seeing 60 year old man do a front flip on one foot, breaking multiple wood boards with the other.

Shaolin monks rock! The things they are capable of is astonding! I used to have a vcd along time ago that showed their daily life and training routines. Crazy stuff. Always wanted to study some form of kung fu.
