FS: PT 6265 Billet / CEA turbo LOW MILES. LOW BOOST!

I have my lightly used Precision 6265 Billet/CEA .68 A/r T4 Flange. 3" V-band outlet. 4" Intake 2.5" inlet. (S Cover non anti surge) Never seen more then 17psi turbo has less then 2500 miles on it. (and that is a HIGH guess, closer to 1800-2000miles) Polished and heat coated. will take $850 obo. + Shipping/paypal. but willing to take offers. It is still on the car the pictures of the turbo off the car is when it was new in febuary 2010.
